Robert Maier Managing Member Mr. Robert Maier: Mr. Maier is a retired Naval Aviator, United States Navy Commander, and an International Captain for a major airline. With over 20 years experience in the United States Navy he was in charge of the operations of his squadron of 15 aircraft and over 300 personnel. He operated around the world with extensive operations in Asia and the Pacific Fleet. Leaving the military he took his leadership and management skills and formed his own company. For the past 15 years his company has specialized in the real estate, mortgage banking and the stock lending industry. He has worked extensively in asset-based lending, leasing and commercial real estate acquisition and development transactions. He has helped clients obtain liquidity from their securities on the NYSE to the OTC.BB to exchanges worldwide Mr. Maier now plays a key role in developing and executing firm strategies, executing merger and acquisition transactions and managing our operations group. He brings integrity and attention to detail to each and every client. Mr. Maier attended the University of Florida and in 1979 received a Bachelor of Science Degree in Engineering graduating with Honors.
